Who are we?
Atlasjet has been established on March 14, 2001 by oger Holding A.S., licensed to carry out “Passenger and Cargo Transportation on Unscheduled Flights, Domestic and International and has carried out its first flight on June 1, 2001.
Atlasjet started with two aircrafts of the type Boeing B-757-200. In September 2001 a third Boeing B-757-200 was added and in August 2003 the total number of aircrafts our fleet comprises was increased to four.
In April and May 2004 the fleet was expanded by two AIRBUS A.320 type aircraft and thus the fleet now comprises 17 aircraft with a capacity of 2473 seats total.
Following the latest macro developments in the travel and aviation industry, which had spreads over the entire globe, Atlasjet has changed its stance toward expansion as an IATA member airline, by increasing its domestic and international flight numbers by 75 to 80 % in the short run. Oger Group has decided to fly with more than 9 airlines worldwide placing equal significance on all of them, given its recent sizing in structure. The Group reassigned its shares of 45% in the Atlasjet to ETS Group with effect as of Feb 1st 2006. Consequently, Mr. Murat ERSOY has been appointed to bear the title of President, respectively. Oger Group’s engagement with Atlasjet will continue, with it being the most privileged and main customer of the latter.
